Phone Clip Replacement

Contacted customer service since my phone clip attachment broke. They took care of me. Thank you for the help.

Reached out to get a new clip piece. My piece broke amd the springs popped out. I got a response quickly and they sent it to me asap didn't hardly have miss time using my Tenikle! I highly suggest getting one, im a truck driver and love mine!

Attachment worked great and I'm glad you sent it. However customer service was lacking as I had to send a series of 6 emails over 2 months requesting it, got emails from them saying they had sent it , but really hadn't. In the end it worked out. Just something to Work on in customer service
